Welcome to SeekMySpace. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SeekMySpace website at seekmyspace.com, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
SeekMySpace is a marketplace that connects space seekers with space owners. We are not a party to any rental agreement between users. We facilitate the discovery, comparison, and enquiry/connection process, but the contractual relationship for any space rental is between the seeker and the owner.
SeekMySpace is a discovery and lead-generation platform. Payments are negotiated and settled directly between seekers and space owners. SeekMySpace does not process, hold, or facilitate any monetary transactions between users.
Cancellation means withdrawing a reserve request. SeekMySpace does not process payments and has no refund obligation. The advance token paid directly to the host via UPI is non-refundable per the seeker-host agreement. If a seeker wishes to cancel before host acceptance, the request is withdrawn at no cost through the platform; after host acceptance, any refund arrangement is agreed solely between the seeker and host. If a host cancels a confirmed enquiry, the seeker will be notified immediately. SeekMySpace may mediate disputes between seekers and owners but bears no financial liability for any advance token paid outside the platform.
SeekMySpace is a discovery and lead-generation platform. We are not a party to any rental transaction between seekers and hosts. SeekMySpace does not process or hold payments, does not provide insurance, and accepts no liability for any acts, omissions, losses, injuries, damages, or disputes arising from the use of a listed space or from any agreement reached between a seeker and a host. Insurance — if required — is the sole responsibility of the seeker and host to arrange directly.
All content, branding, logos, and software on the Platform are owned by SeekMySpace or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality of spaces, or uninterrupted access to the Platform. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeekMySpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
