SeekMySpace is an AI-powered space search engine and curation platform that connects seekers with verified hosts. We do not process bookings or payments online — there is no checkout, no payment link, and no platform money flow. Once a seeker connects with a host on WhatsApp, all deal terms are agreed directly between the two parties.
The only fees SeekMySpace charges are optional host add-ons: the Verified Badge (999 Credits/month), Advanced Analytics (499 Credits/month), and Sponsored Boosts (pay-per-click variable credits). There are no per-lead fees, no commissions, and no subscription bundles.
Searching, enquiring, and connecting with hosts on SeekMySpace is always free for seekers. No payment is taken from seekers — not for browsing, not for the AI concierge, not for sending an enquiry.
When a seeker and host agree to proceed, the seeker pays a non-refundable advance token directly to the host via UPI — 20% of the agreed rent for residential spaces or 50% for commercial spaces. This payment is peer-to-peer and entirely outside SeekMySpace. SeekMySpace has zero liability or refund obligation for any advance token paid to a host.
Once you connect with a host on WhatsApp, you finalize the deal directly — price, security deposit, paperwork, cancellation terms, refund policy, payment method, everything. SeekMySpace is not in the money flow and does not hold, transfer, or refund booking payments.
We strongly recommend confirming refund and cancellation terms in writing (WhatsApp message, email, or signed agreement) with the host before paying any deposit.
Hosts are never charged to receive or accept a lead. There is no per-lead fee, no unlock cost, and no commission on deals made through the platform. All seeker introductions are delivered at zero cost to the host.

Credits purchased via UPI top-up to SeekMySpace are valid for use against Verified Badge renewal, Advanced Analytics, and Sponsored Boost clicks. Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been consumed. Credits that have already been applied to a service are non-refundable.

Where SeekMySpace does issue a refund (accidental double credit charge, billing error on an add-on), the refund is credited back to the original payment source within 5 – 10 business days. UPI typically reflects in 1 – 3 business days; card refunds in 5 – 7 business days.
