- Online payments: not available during months 1–12
- Month 13+, Pay at Check-in: Free for first 10 bookings/month, then 1%
- Month 13+, Online Payment: 3% flat per booking (includes payment gateway)
- No platform commission — ever
- SeekMySpace never touches check-in payments

- Seeker cancels 24–72 hours before check-in: 50% refund; 50% to host
- Seeker cancels <24 hours / no-show: 0% refund; 100% to host
- Host cancels any time: 100% refund to seeker; host gets 0 and a strike
- Refund timelines: 1–3 business days (UPI/cards), 5–7 days (net banking), 7–10 days (wallets)
